Luxe Immo offers a combination that I have never seen before, and didn’t know existed; luxury real estate and contemporary art.
The first half of this exquisitely designed and produced magazine shines a light on the world of modern art in every sense of the phrase – not only the slightly crazy world of true ‘modern art’ but the latest and greatest by contemporary artists. Delve a little deeper and a world of luxury lifestyles in gorgeous real estate across the globe is revealed. It is perhaps no surprise that this magazines origins lie in the wealthy state of Monaco, and it offers view into that most opulent of lifestyles. This magazine is almost as much a work of art as those within its pages.

Ah, to be rich and free of obligations. Luxe Immo contains photos and descriptions of some of the most elegant and desirable locations around the world. It is perhaps an exclusive set of people who will be able to purchase any of these locations, but nevertheless you can’t help but wonder what life would be like, living in a chateau near Cannes, or a mansion in Monaco.
You can understand the seemingly curious combination of art and real estate within this magazine. The houses (though that word barely covers the magnificence of the real estate for sale) are themselves practically works of art, and the surrounding countryside just as much. I must confess that the world of art is a bit of a closed book to me on some occasions – I never quite understood why that fellow locked himself in a glass box suspended over London a few years ago – but I can appreciate beauty and elegance of design, something this magazine has more than its fair share of.
Frankly, I’m finding all these wonderful places to live rather inspirational. I’m going to start working hard, saving up, and some day I can retire to my own little place of perfection, and maybe stick some confusing modern art next to the door as a conversation starter.
