We think that the case studies are very useful for readers, many of whom may not have much experience in foreign property. It aims to give readers as much information as possible on what to expect and what traps to avoid. The magazine is normally split up into sections by different countries. For example articles on properties in Brazil will all be placed in one section to make it easier for the reader to digest all the information. For further ease each different section is colour coded. The clear layout of the articles makes it a very easy magazine to read.
There is a large question and answer section which would be very useful for readers looking for more information. There is normally a section with a panel of legal, lettings and currency experts which tries to answer problematic questions. The answers are written in plain English without complicated waffle or jargon to confuse the reader. We think that this magazine does a good job of simplifying what could be tricky topic to discuss.
While we found this magazine interesting and very informative, we would only recommend this magazine to people really considering buying new property abroad. We got lost in a daze looking through all the beautiful pictures! (While the Newsstand office is very nice sadly we have to get back to reality!) However if you really are looking for a place in the sun then we would definitely recommend this. It has stunning pictures and helpful advice that would motivate any prospective buyer.
