The images in the magazine are truly breath taking, many of the photographs make the viewer feel like they are actually there themselves. Climbing is a good way to keep fit without needing to spend too many hours in the gym. While climbers have to be fairly fit to start off with, the sport will help to increase your stamina and agility fairly quickly.
It will probably also help some readers to conquer their fear of heights! Some of the pictures of the rock faces in the magazine look positively vertical! We don’t think we have it in us to try and scale some of the more terrifying heights shown in some pictures of the magazine. For those readers who are looking for a new challenge this magazine could inspire you to up your game and try something a little more out of your comfort zone.
Anyone who has seen the film 127 hours may be feeling a little uneasy about tackling some of the more scary looking terrain that’s out there. But never fear reader, there are a huge number of indoor climbing facilities all over the country these days. If like us you’d rather stay indoors and pretend to be hanging off a cliff, then try rubber climbing walls first! You never know you might get hooked and we could soon be seeing you in one of the glossy pictures in the next Climb magazine.
