Yes, sorry but we like to bang on about the iPhone and iPad as it always tickles us when we read how the "printed magazine is dead" and other such nonsensicals, all based on the arrival of a well designed but ultimately faddish gadget. The truth of the matter is that (many) magazines will need to improve their editorial to survive and realise that most folk will gladly stump up a higher cover price in return for this. The magazine is not in direct competition with the internet, but the digital version is....
